Mohan Ram, Head of Development Centre
Mohan has a Masters Degree in Computer Applications from Cochin University of Science and technology (CUSAT). Mohan was the first employee at the previous company owned by the partners - ValueSource when it was founded in November 2000 and has continued to work with the partners ever since.
Mohan has more than 10 years experience in software development and has worked with various Belgian clients such as TopPower, Keyware, and Picanol, working across various technologies, and managing teams of various sizes. He has spent 3 years in Belgium as a consultant and has good understanding of the needs of a typical Belgian client.
He is involved in recruiting and managing the development team in India, and works together with Ivan to give a technical direction to the company.
