Ludwig Lemenu, President of the Board
Ludwig Lemenu holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (VHTI Kortrijk).
He started his career as a software manager. In 1984 he co-founded ICS Computers (now TopPower NV),one of the leading providers of accounting and ERP software for the Small and Medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Belgian market.
In 1991, he co-founded Transics NV which was a spin-off of ICS Computers NV. Transics has been subsequently sold to the Carlyle Group in a leveraged management buyout.
Since 2007, Transics has been a listed company in Euronext Brussels. Today, Transics is the European leader in board computers and logistics software for the Transport and Logistics sector.
Ludwig is also member of the board of multiple successful companies.
